Liminal - Louisville, KY

Liminal converts a historic warehouse into 138 attainable apartments and nearly 20,000 SF of commercial space, offering premium amenities and direct access to Louisville’s Waterfront Park expansion, jobs, and entertainment in a rapidly revitalizing neighborhood.

Designed to honor the Portland Neighborhood’s industrial heritage, Liminal leverages innovative financing, including historic tax credits and low-interest economic development loans, to deliver quality housing at rents affordable to households earning 80% of Area Median Income.

The project is a cornerstone of the East Portland Warehouse District’s ongoing transformation, supporting Louisville’s priorities for downtown revitalization, adaptive reuse, and housing affordability.

Antecedent is joined by Gill Holland and Gregg Rochman as its Co-Developers.
